  • Please note that the colours of the tiles in real life may vary slightly from those shown in photos. This is due to various factors such as lighting, screen settings, and natural variations in the material. We call it perfectly imperfect.

Shipping & Returns

  • We aim for a delivery time of 2-3 working days when you order before 4pm.
  • Every tile will be made to order - especially for you.
  • Every tile will be wrapped especially in a small box with a window and then beautifully packaged in tissue paper in a flat postal box.
  • We ship a maximum of 4 tiles in a flat mailbox sized box for £3.99 with Royal Mail.
  • We ship in the United Kingdom.
  • We don’t accept returns as each tile is made to order.

Damages: In case your quote tile arrives damaged, please send us an image of the broken tile and we will send a new one out to you.
